Ordering/Shipping
Ahizpak Designs is pleased to offer our uniquely created jewelry, artwork and decor online. We will ship your purchases within five to ten days. If you have any questions about lead times please or email us by clicking here. Special requests such as enclosures, gift wrapping, and other details are welcomed. Please contact us for any special details we can help you with.
Returns
Please remember that stone/wood colors displayed on the website may differ slightly from the colors of the actual item. If the size of the purchase is not what you expected, or there are any other issues, the return policy will enable you to return it. Our return policy enables you to return items within seven days of receiving it.
If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to Ahizpak Designs within thirty days. Please email us at art@ahizpak.com immediately upon receipt of the product or the discovery of the problem, quoting your order number. If the item is still in stock, we can either send you a replacement or refund the cost of item. You may also wish to choose a different item. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
We're sorry, but for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Specialty ordered items cannot be returned.
To return any items, please email us at art@ahizpak.com. Prior authorization IS required.
Agreement
When you place an order with Ahizpak Designs, you will be asked to confirm that you agree with our Terms and Conditions presented on these pages. We do not take responsibility for any errors in the pricing of the jewelry on our website as mistakes do occur from time to time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and you will then be able decide if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel the order and any monies you have paid to us will be refunded.
